Product Commitment Promotion

Clients who enrol to store cord blood and/or cord tissue with Cell Care on or before February 28^th, 2018 have access to the Cell Care Product Commitment¹. Under the Cell Care Product Commitment, subject to terms and conditions¹, if your baby's umbilical cord blood or tissue is released for an approved therapeutic use and post thaw falls outside of our viability parameters, Cell Care will refund all Cell Care fees you have incurred and pay you $40,000 to ensure you and your family have funds available for alternative therapeutic avenues.

1. The Cell Care Product Commitment is offered to all clients who have a contract for cord blood and/or cord tissue storage with either
   • a.  A contract enrolment date between and including September 7^th, 2015 and February 28^th, 2018, 
   • or
